Why "Saturn Inspection Agency?"

Saturn is the Roman god of agriculture. After spending 190,000 years as hunter-gatherers, the advent of agriculture allowed humanity to live in permanent settlements that eventually grew into cities and into civilization as we know it. Cities and civilization gave humans the opportunity to work and collaborate together--the culmination of such efforts, by many measures, was the Apollo moon landings, which were all powered by the Saturn V rocket.

Civilization requires modern building codes for safe occupancy and operation.

Oh, and we think the planet is cool as well.
